Both plans offer unlimited orders for a flat monthly fee (however, if you use credit card processing, the processor will charge the usual small % per transaction). Both plans offer popular features like coupons, Facebook ordering, configurable meal options, and more.
The primary difference is the "Premium" plan offers the ability to integrate with select POS systems. Currently, the supported POS systems are:
Each POS systems are supported through one of our partners ( Open Dining, MenuDrive, or Mobi2Go ) or support for online ordering is part of the point-of-sale itself. If you select Premium, we will be in touch regarding the details of how to sign-up for the online ordering solution that matches best with your point-of-sale and we will make sure your online ordering is integrated into your website.
If you don't use one of the supported POS systems, then we recommend the "Standard" plan, which allows you to receive orders via phone, fax, email, and/or receipt printer (works with any receipt printer connected to a computer with Internet connection).
If you're still unsure which plan to go with, start with the "Standard" plan. You can always request to switch to a higher plan down the road, if necessary.
